About Us

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I hold a PhD in Psychology from NorthCentral University as well as a Master’s in Human Services with Specialization in Marital, Couples and Family from Capella University.

I have more than 17 years experience in behavioral health management and in providing therapy in the private, non-profit and public health sectors.

My approach to therapy is solution focused, client centered and eclectic to meet the individual needs of clients. I work with teens, couples, adults 18+ and older adults using approaches such as Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, structural, narrative and solution focused therapy.

I work with anxiety/depression, trauma, life transition and adjustment, self-esteem and communication concerns. I believe while life’s challenges provide us an opportunity to persevere in situations, behaviors may result as a way to meet that need or situation. I believe in working with you, as a partner to help you identify the solutions that will meet your unique and personal needs, I approach providing services by honoring and respecting our uniqueness and differences.
